Welcome to asc

Welcome to the alcohol services for the community website, which contains information on our services, help for people and their families, information on courses and resources we can provide.

We are not against alcohol, but believe in sensible approach to drinking.

We have offices in Luton and Bedford and deliver outreach work across hospitals, doctor’s surgeries and health centres, youth clubs, colleges and schools.

We are the alcohol experts and believe that working in partnership with statutory and third sector support services is integral to success.

If you are looking for ways to reduce or stop drinking, please either contact us or visit our on-line help pages.

Focus on: 'Alcohol Units'

The Government's guidelines say that men shouldn't regularly drink more than 3-4 units a day and women should not regularly exceed 2-3 units a day.

If you want to know more about alcohol units, then please visit asc's units page.
